She talks about the importance of recognizing and learning to dismiss one last time thoughts that come up prior to attempting to quit binge eating.  In the days before “Day 1,” the one last time thoughts can seem convincing, but as you will learn, they are faulty thoughts that get in the way of your true desire to be free of this habit.
