I want you to know that this is your LAST CHANCE TO TAKE THE COURSE ON AN 8-WEEK TIMELINE! The course content will not be changing, but the way the course is delivered will change starting next month.
The short version is that starting in February, you will be able to get the course at any time and get all of the lessons and resources right away and go through it at your own pace. (Currently, the lessons are gradually released during the 8-weeks of the course).

2019 was a year of transition for the Brain over Binge Course. If you’ve followed my podcast, blog, or newsletter for a while, you know that there were 2 courses for a long time – the Independent Study Course and the Brain over Binge 8-Week Group Course.
In an effort to streamline, simplify, and improve what I offer to help binge eaters, I’ve now fully transitioned down to only one course – the Brain over Binge 8-Week Course.
The Brain over Binge 8-Week Course is not a group course, but in the lessons and in the 85 Q&A audios that are part of the course, I’ve answered nearly every question that I was ever asked when the course included group coaching.
In 2019, I ran the Brain over Binge 8-Week course 4 times, and the course that you can sign up for now will start on January 13th, 2020.
This will be the final time that the course will have a specific start date. Beginning on February 13th, 2020, you will be able to start the course anytime. You will get all of the resources right away, and receive clear instructions about how to progress through the course at your own pace. The course will still have 8 lessons that you can complete over 8 weeks if you want, or on your own timeline, and it will simply be called the Brain over Binge Course.
I want you to understand the difference between starting on January 13th for the last round of the Brain over Binge 8-Week Course, or waiting until February 13th to start the Brain over Binge Course (in a self-paced way). Like I’ve already mentioned, the content will be exactly the same. The only thing that will change is the way the content is delivered.
In the Brain over Binge 8-Week Course starting on January 13th, course materials will be added to the members-only website gradually each week, so that you can only see what’s been released so far. You’ll also get emails every weekday from me telling you what resources have been released on the website and/or giving you recovery advice.
In the Brain over Binge Course (self-paced) that you can get starting on February 13th, you’ll receive all of the course materials right away on the members-only website. Instead of getting daily emails, all of the instructions and recovery advice from my emails will be incorporated into the course website.
There are benefits to both formats, but based on feedback from members, the majority of people want to start anytime, and get the materials right away, and move at their own pace. They have said it would be helpful to have the ability to jump ahead to get a question answered about a topic that’s covered later in the course, or to spend extra time on a lesson without feeling like they are falling behind. However, I will say that a lot of people do prefer the gradual release of the materials, which is why I wanted to offer the course in this 8-week format one more time, starting on January 13th.
So, if you want the course resources gradually, over 8 weeks, and you want to get daily emails, then sign up for the Brain over Binge 8-Week Course Starting on January 13th. If you’d rather get everything right away, then you would be better off waiting to get the course on or after February 13th.
Thank you for being patient with the changes in the course in 2019! I hope it hasn’t been too confusing, but starting on February 13th, it will all be clear with just one course option (plus you will still be able to get the coaching audios separately!)
