You are invited to join this course, created by Author Kathryn Hansen and Master Coach Cookie Rosenblum  

During the 8 weeks, your coaches will teach you and guide you, using the concepts from the Brain over Binge approach, and you'll also have a supportive community to help you end this habit.

The Brain over Binge 8-Week Group Course can help you if:

Here's What You'll Learn:

  • You’ll learn why your brain drives you to binge, and how your brain also holds the key to a binge-free life.  
  • You’ll see that you aren’t flawed. There is nothing wrong with you. And, recovery doesn’t have to be complex.  
  • You'll use some basic neuroscience principals that will help you solve your problem in a much simpler way
  • The resources and coaching will help you create your own personal plan for recovery. 
  • You will target your binge eating problem directly.  
  • You will learn to master not responding to urges to binge, and learn how to start eating normally.
  • You’ll receive guidance and support along the way. You won't have to do this alone!  
  • You’ll learn to eat in a way that works for you and supports lasting recovery.



All of the course content and resources will be clearly delivered through our private course website. Each week, a new lesson will be added, so that you'll always know the specific concepts and goals you are working on. 


Each week you can ask questions and receive support directly from Kathryn. Calls for the Sepember 2018 course will be on Wednesdays at 12:00pmET in the US and 5:00pm UK, starting on September 19th. Calls last approximately 1 hour. If you cannot be on the calls, you can submit your questions in advance, and you will recieve a recording of every call.


You will have access to a completely private Facebook group to share and get support from fellow group members and your coach. Each week, Kathryn will give you specific prompts and topics to discuss.


Each of the 8 lessons of the course contains an in-depth audio from Kathryn and Cookie to help guide you in learning and applying the course material. You can listen to the audio at your convenience, and then bring any questions you have to the weekly group calls.


In addition to the audio, each of the course lessons contain simple, intuitive, and empowering worksheets that help you dive deeper into the material and make it work for you


You will also receive an extensive Q&A library covering 24 of the most common issues that may come up for you during the course. 


Recorded mini coaching sessions (14 total), to help you stay focused, motivated, and inspired during the 8 weeks of the course and beyond.
