Merry Christmas

In my last blog, I said that in my next one I’d discuss “Paleo” eating. I have drafted this blog; but life has been extremely busy lately and I haven’t found the time to finish it. I will post it before the end of the year; but for now, I just wanted to wish everyone who reads my blog a peaceful holiday season.

  1. Hi Kathryn….just wanted thank you for your book and to let you know that I’m sure your book has helped more than just one person! I recently discovered your book on Amazon and just finished it. Although I need some time to put it all “to the test”, I have already seen vast improvement!
I’ve been BED for about 40 yrs (yep!). I could control it off and on for a while but always came back to it.
I could relate so well to what you were saying in your book, what you went through, etc. but don’t want to bore you.
I did want to say though, that I work a lot with animals, especially dogs and it was amazing to me that so much of what I tell my clients about how to train their dogs is EXACTLY what you say about training my own “animal brain”. Duh! So, needless to say, I have total confidence in what you wrote and excitement about finally being free from all this “neurologic junk”
    Thank you again….
    Sue

    1. I’m glad the book resonated with you and that you’ve seen improvement. I’m sorry you’ve been suffering for so long, but I truly hope you are able to put binge eating behind you for good.

It’s so interesting what you said about the animals/dogs. Being a mom, I tend to draw a lot of analogies between the “animal brain” and my young children (several of which are in the book); but it makes perfect sense that you would also find many comparisons in your field of work. Thanks for sharing that observation!
